Attn: To All of Those Who Stood By Me Through Thick and Thin,

I know that I have attempted to promise you all a better, incorruptible Fascist regime, thus promoting order and commerce throughout my domain, let alone throughout the reaches of the Earth. I know that I tried to resist the pain society brought unto me. And I know that I have endured with a New Order for about a year. But whatever all this trouble I went through, although I don't know how I'm going to break it to you all, I'm going to say it right out: as you all may know, I have been a Jehovah's Witness for about a decade, and I have disregarded God's Law, just to live life to the fullest without losing my mind from inactivity and boredom. Personally, I blame society for infecting the innocent minds for their corrupt purposes. However, I actually blame Satan the Devil for plunging the world into chaos and deception, just so that he might make us flee from God's Kingdom. In other words, I must surrender on behalf of Jehovah, the one true God. And thus, I shall serve him forevermore. And now, before I wave my white flag of surrender and sign the treaty of resignation and disbandment, I shall utter the Imperial Praise and Slogan for old times' sake. "Hail Quintana!" "Pro Novo Ordinem de Imperator et Imperium!"

Phew! At least that made me feel a bit better. Besides, I just wanted you all to know that we had some great times together. From now on, I will abandon all hopes, dreams, and ambitions of world domination in order to serve Jehovah until the very end. Perhaps we shall meet again someday. Farewell to all!
